We Text It Now You Can Too
We Text It is the easiest and most effective way for you the customer to inform companies you do business with how you feel about the experiences you're having, and the level of customer service and satisfaction you're receiving. We Text It is as simple as sending a text message on your mobile phone, at no cost to you (other than what your mobile phone carrier charges you to send and receive messages).
If your favorite establishments don't yet have We Text It let them know what us and ask them why.

How to take part in a survey:

While at a participating We Text It establishment, look for the We Text It placard usually placed on your table, checkout, or attached to your receipt. |

Create a new text message on your mobile phone with the indicated short code on the placard in the To: field, and the Location code in the Message: area and press send. |

You will have now initiated a survey, respond to the following text messages as indicated. |

How to get Help:

At any time during the survey, feel free to respond to any of the questions with the word Help in the Message: field. You will receive relevant help information in the next text sent by We Text It. |

How to Opt-out of the survey:

At any time during the survey, if you'd like to stop participating in the survey and any further communication with We Text It, type Stop in the Message: field and send the message. We Text It will send a confirmation indicating that you will not receive any further messages |

Pricing

There is no cost to participate in a survey other than the cost of texting associated with your mobile carrier's plan. Please check with your mobile carrier to find out the costs associated with sending and receiving texts. For US users, standard carrier rates apply. |
